Seeking Citizens to work on site in the following locations: Rockville, MD, Orlando, FL and Fairmont, WV

Responsibilities include:

• Developing custom software and tools

• Integration testing, debugging, fixing software as part of early software integration test

• Supporting the implementation, release, test and acceptance testing of the final implementation

The development environment will utilize Linux workstations and servers with test interfaces with the primary development language being Java.

 The work will be performed during normal, daytime, weekday, work hours if possible (overtime and weekend hours may be required to complete assigned tasks).

 SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Required

• 1 -5 years of professional  experience (5 years is the maximum)
• Proficient in JEE and web services development with experience in each of the following: Java v5, EJB v3 and JBoss.
• Ability to design /develop interfaces to, and integrate COTS products
• Hands-on integration of Linux/Unix-based systems
• Experience with model driven software design and development
• Experience with full life cycle software development (design, development, unit test and software integration test)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to qualify for an FBI Limited Background Investigation or a DOD Secret

Desired

• Biometric system development, preferably large-scale systems.
• JMS, JAX-WS (SOAP based Web Services), Eclipse IDE, Hibernate/JPA, ActiveVOS/BPEL
• Rational Tool Suite (ClearCase/ClearQuest)
