Denver-based Business Intelligence Analyst needed for long-term contract
Oversees Incident and Request Management processes for a team supporting Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse applications.
. Oversees a team of offshore resources in day to day prod support/application maintenance activities. These include:
. Ensuring tickets are resolved according to agreed upon SLAs
. Escalated tickets and tickets that have missed SLA are prioritized and expedited for resolution
. Interfacing with the business to understand improvement areas
. Identification of recurring issues and corrective actions as an input into the Problem Management process.
. Presentation to client managers and directors on performance against SLAs
. Monitoring batch jobs/processes
. Bachelor's Degree
. Experience developing or supporting Informatica and/or similar Datawarehouse applications
. SQL Experience
. 2+ years IT experience
. Excellent oral and written communication skills
. Experience working with/communicating with offshore teams
