Outbound Customer Service Reps Needed!!

 Kelly Services is looking for qualified candidates that have a strong customer service background. Representatives will be conducting OUTBOUND calls to clients to encourage program participation. Will also collect demographics and document client information on participants.

 Qualified candidates must have:

 1 year of Customer Service/Telephone experience ( i.e. Sales and /or marketing or Collections preferred).

 Outbound Call Center Experience is preferred and strongly encouraged.

 Previous experience in a medical/healthcare enrollment and/or managed care call center environment is preferred. 

 Excellent persuasion, planning and organizational skills. 

 Be able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

 Position is located in the Downtown Denver area.

 Pay rate is $13/hr. 

 Part time shifts available:

 Monday - Friday 2:00-8:00pm, plus 10 hours every Saturday, with one week-day off

 Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 9:00pm, plus 10 hours every Saturday, with one week-day off

 **Please note** The training schedule is a day shift, 8am to 5pm Monday - Friday, for approximately 2-3 weeks and then you will work your regular work schedule, as listed above.
