Position: .NET Developer with DB2 exp

Location: Rockville, MD

5+ years IT Software development experience in .NET

· Knowledge of Electronic Document Management and/or Records Management Systems

· Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 & 2010 using VB.NET (C# and/or C/C++ nice but not mandatory)

· Experience with source control software such as MKS

· Windows Operating System Server 2000, 2003 and Workstation (VISTA, Windows7)

· Ability to develop and maintain multiple applications simultaneously

· Experiencing developing applications interfacing with DB2 using SQL and DB2 Connect

· Experience developing applications that interface with IBM Content Manager

· Experience developing applications using document conversion tools such as Lead Tools, Snowbound etc.

· Experience with XML processing such as XSD, XPath, XSL, XSLT, etc.

· Experience working with IBM WebSphere application development server

· Ability to create and maintain technical documentation of architecture, high and low level design documents for applications development.

· Demonstrated technical leadership skills coupled with exceptional strategic and critical thinking skills.

· Ability to create and maintain technical documentation of architecture, high and low level design documents for applications development.

· Superior communication skills to articulate and present ideas and concepts effectively

· Exceptional and proven problem solving skills.

· Ability to create, evaluate, and analyze systems requirements

· Experience with complex programming, program debugging, data analysis, problem analysis and resolution issues within OO application systems

· Self-managed with the ability to coach and mentor others.

· Actively participates and leads design initiatives, design meetings, architectural review, and code reviews.

· Designs, develops, integrates, and deploys architectural and programming solutions, with adherence to standards, plans, and specifications.

· Designs, develops, integrates, and deploys enterprise solutions, applying reverse-engineering and reengineering disciplines to develop strategic solutions.

· Experience working with deployment scripts - server build, installs, etc.

· Section 508 experience
