You will undertake a full 360 recruitment role from interviewing candidates, attracting and sourcing new candidates through to placement as well as liaising and keeping regular contact with your clients to provide an outstanding and quality service.

You will be responsible for servicing the needs of clients as well as making quality new sales calls to win new business and increase the branch profit.

The successful candidate will have current experience as an Industrial Recruitment Consultant and have experience undertaking the full recruitment cycle. You will be experienced at interviewing candidates and liaising with clients effectively.

You will have an excellent sales ability and be able to service a client’s requirements as well as generating new business by making calls and building relationships with new clients.
