We are working on behalf of this well-established international organisation that requires a experienced Autoline Consultant to work in a leading multi-franchise Automobile dealership dealing with world-class automotive brands in Bahrain.

The automotive operation is a part of business conglomerate spanning multiple industries across the GCC region.

The candidate is required to lead and actively support the Autoline modules operating in a multi company setup.

Job summary

• Well versed with Autoline Vehicle Sales, After Sales, Leasing, and rental modules in a multi company setup and to able to liaison with business managers to understand business requirements and transform those to definite configurations in system.

• Functional and Technical expertise in Autoline financial modules to be able to support financial users in their functional, MIS and posting table modification requirements.

• Lead IT projects related to Autoline in a cross functional team environment ensuring objectives are met and preparing all necessary documentations as per required standards.

• Provide first and second line support to Autoline’s 300+ users under an ITIL framework and to handle escalations to ADP. And as part of the resolution process should be able to provide training to users and draw up necessary process or user documentations.

• As a technical expertise, complete knowledge of customization and report development using KCML programming language & Report Generator respectively.

• System administration of Autoline system to ensure high availability of system and ensure any system exceptions are resolved in a timely manner.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years experience in Autoline
• Excellent communication skills in English
• proficient knowledge in Autoline functional processes related to Automobile retail business
• Minimum one cycle of successful Autoline implementation
• Ability to speak in Arabic will be an added advantage
• It is desirable to have an exposure to Oracle SQL/PLSQL and interfaces to third party systems with Oracle as backend from Autoline
