       BS or MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline, or an extraordinary demonstration of capabilities.

       Expertise in JavaScript, CSS3, and HTML.

       Working experience with JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery, mooTools, or ExtJS.

       Has comprehensive and up-to-date .NET/C# knowledge.

       Has some database experience.

       Fully understands and, given the time, could build the parts of a rich web application like Facebook, Google Docs, or iGoogle.

       Is able and motivated to learn and master new technologies that advance the project.

       Has excellent problem solving skills and is self-directed.

       Knowledge of Git and GitHub will be considered a bonus.
