Job Description

The following is a direct hire (perm) opportunity with a large client in Central Florida:

Description:

The successful candidate will gather requirements for a front-end solution for displaying clinical business intelligence data. The individual is expected to leverage existing enterprise tools as well as incorporate innovative solutions. The individual should be able to design and develop advanced query parameters, layout, filters, and analytics to meet customer needs. The individual should demonstrate proficiency developing web-based scorecards, dashboards, analytics and reports that leverage HTML, CSS, Java, VB, or .NET. Experience with SDK.

The individual is expected to work closely with customers and end-users analyzing business intelligence needs and gathering requirements for the development of new BI content. The individual should demonstrate the ability to understand new data assets, relationships among associated data sources, location of additional supporting data, as well as the downstream impact of changes to different layers and components of existing enterprise BI content.

The individual is expected to actively participate in outstanding customer service by providing user support in problem resolution, BI content testing, and change control processes. The individual should demonstrate strong customer service and business-oriented ethic. The individual may also provide training to end-users on query tools and report capabilities.

The individual is expected to provide input to standards, policies, and procedures for the BI tools and systems. The individual should demonstrate the ability to understand complex security schemas that govern the access to enterprise BI content.

Requirements:

Experience creating websites that connect to web-based scorecards, dashboards, analytics, and reports.

The ideal candidate is someone with healthcare experience familiar with clinical data, terminology, and processes.

The candidate should have a strong analytical background in mathematics and familiar with statistical concepts and models.

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The candidate should demonstrate strong leadership skills and a proactive participative attitude, and the ability to work well and productively, always projecting a positive outlook in a sometimes stressful environment.
