Job Description

Specializing in the temporary and permanent placements of premier administrative and management professionals. We have a great opportunity for a CLERICAL/DATA ENTRY CLERK with our most respected clients.

Responsibilities include:

*heavy data entry - alpha & numeric

*creating Excel spreadsheets

*running reports

*general filing, faxing, copying

*assisting staff with all other administrative duties as needed

Skills & Abilities:

*professional demeanor

*strong attention to detail

*good communication skills, both written and oral

*organization and multi-tasking

*Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook (PowerPoint a plus)
