This position will closely partner with various lines of businesses, technology teams and project team to ensure technology plans and service expectations are successfully met through definition and development, user acceptance testing as well as ongoing deployment. The candidate will collaborate with business clients to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design, from which VoIP solutions will be developed. The candidate will so be responsible for establishing a service delivery model and service level agreements with business units that will meet their needs.


The candidate will have the following skill sets,

• Business requirements definition experience for IT/telephony applications preferred – ability to understand and articulate business processes and then be able to work with the technology teams to determine what can be done technically
• Experience with JAD sessions, process improvements and use cases utilizing standard methodologies
• Ability to process complex, time sensitive data and information from multiple sources
• Experience with service level agreements and delivery models
• 5 plus years analyst experience required
• Communicates easily with varying stakeholders (e.g., one-on-one interviews, formal requirements gathering sessions, workshops etc.)
• Business or management consulting background

• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
• Hands on (prepare business requirements, system requirements, findings etc.)
• Highly self-motivated, customer oriented and able to work independently as well as within a team
• Strong work ethic
• Effective planning and organizational skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and perform effectively under pressure
