Job Description:

Required:

• Overall 10-15 years of experience, with more than 5 years of experience in Agile, specifically in the engineering practices of XP (TDD, CI, Automated Testing).
• Sound knowledge of end to end software development lifecycle, with experience in managing or leading Agile engagements in an onsite-offsite model
• Experience in coaching and mentoring XP teams
• Strong Leadership ,Communication and presentation skills
• Knowledgeable on relevant tools in the different development technologies

• Experience in Project Delivery and Execution (onsite and distributed environment) using Agile methodologies and techniques
• Sound knowledge of various Agile methodologies (RAD, JAD, Lean, RUP, XP, DSDM etc.),
• Experience in Agile tools and Agile Testing
• Capability in conducting trainings / facilitation on Agile Processes
• Be able to build and present case studies
• Tailor Agile processes as per the customer need keeping the process always aligned to the Agile Manifesto

• Continuously innovate and leverage ideas for customer benefits

• Experience in coaching and mentoring Agile adoption programs

• Experience in customer facing roles
• Experience in demonstrating thought leadership in respective specialized areas to customers

• Industry recognized certifications related to Agile such as SCRUM Master, Scrum Coach, RUP Certifications, etc.

• Strong conflict resolution skills
