Editions de Parfums Frederic Malle is looking for a fragrance expert to join our growing team and to act as the ambassador of the brand in the top New York specialty store. The candidate must possess exceptional selling skills, with a minimum of 3 years retail management experience, strong leadership, presentation and communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.  College degree preferred.

Objective:

To understand and meet customer needs

To use Editions de Parfums selling method and increase sales through consultations

To spend all available time during high traffic periods to capture traffic

To achieve the retail goals

To perform other sales and management related functions that maintain the image and a high level of customer service

Qualifications :

Proven ability of leadership skills

Service oriented, expressing genuine concern for customer's needs

An excellent listener

Articulate and knowledgeable about fragrances and cosmetics brands

Flexible and adaptable to new ideas and direction

An enthusiastic team player

Confident and professional, striving for excellence in all he / she does

Knowledge of perfumes is strongly preferred
