Job title: Scrum Master/Project Manager

Location: 18 month project

Duration: Omaha, NE.

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

• Solid project management experience (4+ years) and a track record of effectively managing all aspects of IT project development, including business requirement gathering, progress tracking, and delivering on time
• Proficient in Agile development process and Scrum methodology (4+ years)
• Ability to organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, retrospectives, demos, sprint and release planning meetings
• Ability to synthesis requirements into stories and lead estimation using complexity analysis
• Proven ability to foresee future impediments and diligence to getting resolution
• Proficient in Microsoft Project 
• Exceptional communication, organization and time management  skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills; must be collaborative in driving decisions and managing project risks and issues
• Prior technical background can be a plus but not necessary, but ability to grasp details is essential
