Our Kansas City based customer is an international supplier of OEM and replacement parts to the powered lift industry is seeking a Pricing Analyst for their corporate headquarters.

 

The primary duty will be to set sell point pricing and maintain it based on anaysis of market pricing and their competition.

 

*Responsible to keep Company's profit margins on products they sell to customers.

 

*Will coordinate with sales epartment on customer usage and pricing information to support the sales departmen's quoting process.

 

*Other duties include maintaining coputer data/records on the market shareand on competitor's pricing, preparing monthly reports and resolving discrepancies on part numbers and part descriptions in the data base.

 

* Be able to format parts numbers and populate stock number for customer quotes.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

Must have at least 2 years college

 

Must have 1-3 years of experience in an automotive or after-market parts industry.

 

Prior experience in a purchasing or procurement function is a plus

 

Should possess good analytical skills, comunication skills, and the ability to interpret documents.

 

Must be computer skilled in Word, Excell and Access 2007 and will be tested.

 

Knowledge of AS400 system is preferred.
