The Role
- Provide positive and customer-centered support in response to email, telephone or technical inquiries
- Listening attentively to customers needs, reaching agreement about their issue and driving it to a resolution Troubleshoot simple technical issues through a solutions orientated approach
- Educate customers about Big Fish Games' support options, online tools, and self-help or tutorial training resources
- Communicate positively with team members, customers, and other partners – ensuring that your approach always represents the Big Fish Games brand
The Person This is an excellent opportunity for some one who thrives in a role that values the importance of customer experience whilst contributing to a fun and high performing team. The role requires the following experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Must be fluent in both English and German
- 1+ years experience in Retail, Technical Support, Help Desk Support or Customer Service
- Proficient typing skills: 40+ wmp with accuracy
- Working knowledge of Microsoft computer applications, email and internet
- Ability to excel in an energetic, fast paced, customer focused environment
- Flexibility to work outside core working hours and overtime as required
- Excitement and passion for Big Fish Games products and the ability to share this passion with the customer
