Technical/Functional Skills

:

Strong knowledge in financial Risk Management specifically on credit risk, credit ratings and Basel Standards. Any degree/ industry recognized certification is a plus. Deep understanding of financial markets, credit, operational risk, market risk, regulatory and compliance.

Strong hands-on knowledge of MS-Excel and exposure to overall SDLC process

Experience Required

Experience in risk management applications, leading teams in risk management/mitigation, credit analysis/lending, Basel analysis and implementation. Formal credit training, knowledge of banking products and financial modeling experience is required. The candidate should have prior experience in documenting business and functional requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

:

• Understand the Customer

   

   

• Provide business solution alternatives, evaluate alternatives and drive it towards implementation.

   

   

• Align business solutions to overall business roadmap.

   

   

• Gather requirements and get involved in Functional Requirement documents by interacting with different stakeholders.

   

   

• Evaluate use cases for business requirements.

   

   

• Review low level requirements from high level business problem statement.

   

   

• Guiding Technology team in developing proposed business solution.

   

   

• Elevate team

   

   

• Support business users through frequent interaction, trainings, demos

   

   

• Coordination with external teams, vendors and stakeholders
