PDS Tech is currently seeking Vehicle Test Engineer in Fargo, ND.

Perform/lead vehicle system tests related to vehicle hydraulic systems. This includes system performance and function along with noise reduction investigation and vibration/pulse reduction investigation. Perform vehicle cold weather tests/hydraulic system cold weather tests.

Description below is generic description for test eng:
1. Is acquainted with the organization and the overall engineering operation, and performs assigned duties within the Product Engineering and Evaluation Departments.

2. Participates in the process of testing prototype machines/components in actual or simulated field conditions and support the Product Evaluation organization in performing the testing process.

3. Participates in the process for submitting routine reports and summaries concerning machine performance, reliability, serviceability, safety and customer appeal.

4. Constructs test equipment, dissemble experimental machines, make repairs, determine cause of failure and perform related duties as assigned for overall evaluation of specific test machines or components.

5. Travels to remote sites working with some direct supervision as required.

6. Works directly with other engineering and manufacturing personnel and is learning to work in a team environment.
