The "Fix the Front" team are part of the Change Management group. The main focus is to collaborate with infrastructure colleagues on various initiatives aimed at improving upstream processes to prevent down-stream issues including trade capture, End of Day, risk aggregation, data quality and the operating model.

This vacancy is in the Fix the Front Change team.

This role is a great opportunity for a dynamic enthusiastic individual to develop an extensive knowledge of various products, systems, and processes. In addition you will gain a thorough understanding of the systems development lifecycle.

The role is the ideal opportunity for individuals from a product control or BA background looking to move into a more front office and business facing role.
