Technical Systems Analyst

Job Summary

This developer role is to design, develop, and implement .NET application for various Banking lines of business. The developer will function within onsite and off shore development teams. The developer will be responsible for maintaining, supporting and upgrading existing systems. This role will require the ability to interact with key Sales people to gather functional requirements, translate them into technical requirements and develop Prototypes/Proof of Concept.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to understand requirements and architect solutions

• Strong knowledge of ASP.NET, JavaScript, CRM SDK

• Ability to generate Technical Specifications based on functional specifications

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Integration architecture and Sound of Out Of the Box (OOB) CRM Entities

• Enhance/ Customize Dynamics CRM for based on customer requirements

• Customize OOB CRM Reports and develop custom SSRS reports (SQL Reporting Services) as defined by the requirement

Qualifications:

• Must have Good communication skills and client facing experience

• Must have ASP.NET/C# .NET, SQL development Fundamentals (Stored Procedures, Triggers, Views, Functions), Web Service Development  and Microsoft Dynamics CRM integrations/customizations development experience

• Must have at least 1 MS Dynamics CRM Implementation

• Must have 4+ years experience in solution development and delivery

• Must have Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customizations certification (preferable 2011)

Nice to have:

• Financial services experience

• CRM Upgrade experience

• ETL, Biz Talk or Tibco working experience

• Silverlight/WCF knowledge and SharePoint

• Understanding of development lifecycle & team development

• Quality Assurance experience
