A a well established manufacturer of plastic and aluminium extrusion has a job opening for a Engineering Technologist / Junior Industrial Engineer for their plant based in Mississauga / Brampton area.

This role is responsible for all aspects of industrial and process engineering. You will also support design by making modifications to the existing product drawings. . This role is responsible for establishing machine and labour standards by conducting time studies and utilising MOST to evaluate LEAN experience is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years experience as manufacturing engineer / process engineer/ industrial engineer/ C.E.T Experience with Solid Works is a MUST have. Communication skills to be able to present projects to top management and at the same time to be able to train and coach operators is a must have. Ability to work independently and pro actively is a MUST have.  Experience working within smaller organizations and to be able to wear many hats is a definite asset.
