My client is looking for a Purchasing Agent with raw materials purchasing experience.  The successful candidate must have a college degree and 5+ years purchasing experience.  Must be computer literate with skills in Word,Excel. Powerpoint and Outlook.  Knowledge of SAP would be highly desirable. 

The qualified candidate will run a daily MRP and purchase raw materials in support of the business needs.  Needs to be able to identify new and negotiate with suppliers.  Coordinate purchase order confirmations, keep the system updated and advise production on any delivery date changes that would effect production.
