• Service industry knowledge and experience is preferred

o       Service Order & Notification processing

o       Capacity Planning & leveling

o       Preventive Maintenance Process

o       Order Confirmation-Time & Labour Confirmation

o       Costing & Order Settlement

o       Work Acceptance & completion Process

o       Work Clearance Management
