Our client is seeking a Sr. Business System Analyst with Sales Force and Agile Development Methodology experience.

Must be familiar with aspects systems anlaysis / design and most phases of the systems development life cycle (SDLC) for the Agile Methodology

Must have issue tracking and relolution skills.

Solid skills in documenting and analyzing business processes.

Proven skils in problem solving.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and effective presentation skills.

Ability to plan and facilitate meetings with deiverse participants.

Preferred:

5-7 years experience with CRM, Ticketing and Order Management applications

Experience as Product Owner or Scrum Master in Agile driven product development

Project Lead or Product Manager experience with Sales Force.

International business systems analysis as a functional lead
