Our client is a prestigious global law firm with one of the largest presence across the world. Their partners are highly regarded in the market and work with some of the largest companies including leading financial institutions. The recent expansion of their corporate team saw a number of associates come from various Magic Circle law firms and Top Tier US law firms. With the growth in its volume of transactions, they are looking for an additional member to join their team.

The right candidate must be Hong Kong qualified with any additional qualification being advantageous. You will have to have at least been trained with a Magic Circle Law Firm. You will need to have been exposed to a high-volume, dynamic work environment dealing with a variety of corporate transactions. More specifically, you’ll need to be familiar with private equity, listed- and private M&As, and joint ventures with ideally some experience with IPO transactions as well.

Candidates will need to be fluent in English and Mandarin.
