Job Description
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE:
Utilize creative and professionally aggressive marketing, business development and sales strategies to accomplish the following objectives:
- Achieve annually assigned sales and gross profit goals
- Develop and deliver upon sales opportunities within new accounts in an assigned sales territory
- Develop and deliver upon sales opportunities within active and inactive existing accounts in an assigned sales territory
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Attains all required weekly, monthly and annually measured active production standards as described by the COMPANY sales manual (gross profit, meetings, connects, etc.)
- Develops, adds to and actively manages a sales prospect and client pipeline sufficiently large enough to attain sales and gross profit goals
- Concentrates efforts on effective prospecting and sales methodologies in identifying and “connecting” with prospective buyers of all COMPANY human capital services
- Strategically engages in client focused needs analysis and account forecasting
- Effectively develops, customizes, reviews and creates proposals, contracts and RFPs in conjunction with management and other team members
- Proactively interacts with COMPANY’s internal recruiting team to identify the ideal human capital solution
- Possess an acute awareness of and ability to identify, introduce and support all sales activities of other COMPANY service offerings.
- Works closely with other COMPANY Account Executives and team members from different specialty lines of business to cross-sell multiple product lines
- Maintains appropriate sales and prospecting data and activity entry with the applicable COMPANY CRM database system
- Aggressively seeks and maintains knowledge of all competitors in an assigned territory, including analysis of strengths and weakness of each competitor
- Serves as an active and constructive member of the branch team and actively participates in meetings, training and any joint cross-selling initiatives
- Actively identifies and participates in all relevant community and/or business organizations, associations, et al, to support personal sales effort and expand COMPANY brand development in the marketplace
- Embraces the COMPANY sales process, business ethics and customer service commitment, and incorporates in everyday routine
