Skilled Grails/Java Programmer needed at cash-flow-positive energy-efficiency SaaS startup

We are a SaaS application that helps people measure and manage energy use in buildings. The software launched a year ago and is still in beta, but the company excellent evenues and clients that include some of the largest property managers/owners in the country. We are looking for a top-notch Grails/Java programmer to join our web application development team. You will work alongside the co-founder and chief architect of the software.

Job Requirements: Primarily, we are looking for a skilled Groovy/Grails programmer, although a superb Java programmer would fit the bill. The most important things are that you are smart, logical, learn quickly and can get good code written with minimal supervision.

The following additional skills/experience would also be valuable:

• UI/User Experience (HTML, CSS, Design skills)
• Data Visualization
• Engineering/physics background
• Probability/statistics
• Previous SaaS experience
