As the Software Product Manager for Claim Management you will play an instrumental role in ensuring the success of the Claims Management software solutions.
The incumbent will be required to undertake qualitative and quantitative research, collaborating with both customers and internal development teams to ensure the product meets and exceeds the customer expectations and requirements. In addition, the Software Product Manager will ensure these high expectations are met through management of the product backlog and prioritizing product enhancements driven by informed research to deliver optimum product functionality.
To be considered for this position you must possess 5+ years of Software Product Management experience and hold a bachelors degree. Essential is also in depth knowledge of US long-term healthcare claim management processes and clearinghouse solutions. Ideally you will have strong project management and strategic planning skills with a vision to deliver on a winning roadmap to achieve business goals.
