Financial services company needs a Senior C#/GUI Team Lead in their NYC office.  This is a great opportunity for someone with leadership skills and lots of hands on experience working with C#/.NET.  

The ideal candidate should have experience with finance in the cash equities field.  You will be involved in designing, building, and supporting a fully featured, multi product desktop trading suite. Must have extensive experience in building real-time, high-performance, innovative GUI applications.

Requirements: 

Experience working in a team with short release cycles

Commercial experience in Winforms or WPF/Silverlight development and GUI usability

Experience of 2nd Line support role

Cash equities background

Strong oral and written communication skills
