The Project Manager will successfully win bids and bring the project through all stages to completion. You must posses a solid estimating background as each PM will estimate his/her own projects. You’ll work closely with the field team including Installers, Foremen and Superintendents for the duration of the project and be involved extensively with site/client meetings, changes and coordination. This position is for the ambitious "Go Getter" seeking a challenge and the possibility of progression within the ranks of the organization as it offers tremendous long term growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a combination of field experience in LV installations (Structured Cabling, CCTV, Access Control or Unified Security) and education in Electrical/Electronics Engineering. Prior estimation experience, especially with Accubid, an asset. You would have a solid understanding of the BC construction market, appreciation for the bidding process and past experience dealing with other trades, engineers and GC’s. Communication is a fundamental in this role, both with clients and suppliers.
