Regional Sales Manager
Territory consists of Houston TX, AR, MS, LA.
Experience
Minimum of 2-5 years sales experience in capital equipment sales is required. Experience in selling Lasers, Pressbrakes, Automation Equipment, Punching equipment, Shears, Ironworkers, etc. is desired.
1. Direct Sales Responsibilities in the Assigned Territory (Houston TX, AR, MS, LA)
• Find and address potential customers.
• Sell existing applications to customers as well as look for new markets and opportunities.
• Quote and specify the company's products to the customers.
• Negotiate prices and terms in coordination with the Company's standards.
• Build a network of clients in the Sheet Metal Fabrication Industry.
• Qualify trade show or advertisements leads.
• Must be able to work autonomously and be self motivated.
• Must be detailed oriented.
• Remains composed and professional during emotionally-charged or stressful situations.
• Has excellent attendance and can handle responsibility.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Administration & Record Keeping
• Keep track of contacts and sales approaches through utilization of an integrated system
• Submit weekly Management Reports in a timely manner.
• Provide project updates for Management on a weekly basis or upon request.
