Aegistech is an IT consulting and staffing firm located in midtown Manhattan. We are growing our sales team and are seeking a motivated self-starter with experience working in a fast-paced sales environment. This is a junior role, but an exciting role. You will promote and sell our IT consulting and staffing practice in the New York City metro region. Individuals excelling in this role will be considered for promotion into a full Account Executive role.

Day in the Life:

• Qualify prospects and generate sales leads via phone, email and social media
• Profile and prospect into stated target accounts
• Follow up on inbound inquiries, send information, set in-person appointments and attend initial meetings with Account Executives
• Converse fluidly about the company’s value proposition, services and industry trends
• Send literature, invitations and meeting confirmations to prospects
• Coordinating sales calendars and scheduling meetings
• Meet and exceed monthly sales quota

What You Bring to Our Team:

• A passion for selling
• 1-3 years of sales or telesales experience and demonstrated success. This is a junior position, so we are not looking for more than 3 years of overall postgraduate work experience.
• A personality that is enthusiastic, self-motivated, confident, driven, respectful, and dedicated to being a team player
• Ability to work effectively with limited guidance while delivering results
• Exceptional verbal and written skills 
• 4 year college degree
