Currently, we are seeking highly motivated Bilingual Escrow Assistant that is committed, dependable and have a minimum of 1 - 2 years of Escrow Assistant experience. Join us!
Essential job duties are listed below:
Qualified candidates must have a professional appearance, well organized, possess excellent communication and customer skills, good computer skills and be a team player.
Must have 1 - 2 years of Escrow Assistant experience working in a Title Company and be Bilingual in Spanish.
Escrow experience a MUST!
Requirements:
Duties include opening orders, requesting payoffs, ordering HOA Statements, sending opening and closing letters, recording packages, balance and fund on files for disbursement of funds and assist in preparing HUD’s. Making sure file is complete and ready for signing.
$16 - $17 per hour based on experience.
