Currently, we are seeking highly motivated Escrow Receptionist/Assistant for a very busy office.
Essential job duties are listed below:
Qualified candidates must have a professional appearance, well organized, possess excellent communication and customer service skills, good computer skills and be a team player.
Superb phone skills with an upbeat and friendly attitude.
Meet and Greet Clients and Customers.
Must have a minimum of 1 year working for a Title Company in Escrow.
Must have escrow experience.
Duties may include filing, faxing, copying, entering orders in the system, ordering payoffs, demands and HOA’s, Fed Ex, send out Opening and Closing Packages and assisting the office with all escrow files.
