Job Description

Position Summary:

The Human Resources function is seeking a temporary administrative assistant to provide administrative support to the HR team. This individual must have strong prior administrative experience, attention to detail, good judgment and discretion to handle confidential information.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews via Outlook
  • Arrange candidate travel and process expenses and invoices
  • Post jobs to external sites and support applicant tracking
  • Prepare outgoing correspondence including offer and orientation      packages
  • Maintain confidentiality of all corporate, staff and HR matters
  • Special projects as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business related major
  • Two or more years work experience in an professional services administrative      role, prior HR experience preferred
  • Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, thoroughness and the      ability to work independently
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task
  • Ability to be flexible and work effectively in a fast paced,      deadline driven environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS 2007 Office suite
