Regional Legal Counsel 6 yrs+ PQE HK$1.5M (Corporate and Commercial )

Excellent legal position is available at a prestigious financial services organisation with a strong Asia Pacific presence.

• 6 years' post qualification experience with a law firm and at least two years of in-house experience
• Experience in Asian cross-border corporate and commercial matters; experience in Hong Kong listing rules, reputable law firm and/ or a legal function in the financial services industry.
• Willing to handle a wide variety of work, including mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, as well as intellectual property, employment and IT related matters
• Good command of written and spoken English; knowledge of written and spoken Chinese preferred
• Good communication skills and ability to give sound practical advice
• Collaborative and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
