Solid knowledge of Citrix XenDesktop 4.0 and above
Knowledge of Citrix VDI technology
Knowledge of Citrix Provisioning Services
Knowledge of Profile Management tools
Strong knowledge of Thin Client technology
Strong knowledge of Windows XP and Windows 7 operating systems
Knowledge of Windows Server 2003 and 2008
Knowledge of Active Directory group policies
Knowledge of the ITIL Framework and Change Management process
Solid problem isolation and troubleshooting skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
