Responsibilities and prospects for Supervisor include:

Supervise molding and operating personnel, mold technicians and wire and cable assembly personnel

Ensure product quality, production schedules and process integrity standards are achieved

Ensure processes and products conform to company quality standards

Ensure departmental productivity and scrap levels meet assigned objectives

Train Employees, conduct appraisals and participate in employment / terminations and counseling

Education and experience for Supervisor include:

Associate’s Degree in Business Management or technical field

3-5 years in an injection molding environment with supervisory experience
