Looking for Sr. Systems Analyst with Cerner experience

Job Summary:

Client is seeking to hire a Systems Analyst to be part of the Ambulatory Services and Physician Support Team which supports our physician practice offices. This candidate will be responsible for providing IT support and guidance when using our Electronic Medical Record.

Responsibilities:

•               Develop and support ARRA Meaningful Use measures as defined by CMS

•               Assist end-users over the phone and troubleshoot when necessary

•               Troubleshoot application problems independently

•               Test, implement, document and maintain system components based on specifications

•               Support upgrades and general maintenance of system

•               Work to meet or exceed customer satisfaction

•               Produce and maintain documentation

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

•               2 or more years experience working in an Information Technology Systems like role

•               Ability to troubleshoot software and data integration problems

•               Excellent communication skills

•               Strong organizational skills

•               Ability to work independently

•               Good interpersonal skills

•               Ability to work under pressure and prioritize work appropriately

•               Team player

•               Integrity and high personal, professional and ethical standards

•               Ability to fulfill the requirements of On Call rotations

•               Willingness to reside within a commutable distance of Kalamazoo, MI

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

•               Bachelor's Degree

•               2 or more years experience working with physician office practice management system/hospital system

•               Experience using Cerner, All scripts, Lawson
