Minimum Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years Sales Operations experience preferably in an FMCG environment
• A minimum relevant Degree ( Sales Marketing Business Management Actuarial Sciences )
• High Analytical interpretive skills
• A sales background may be an added advantage
• Technical fluency in Excel, SAP

Key Responsibilities

• Weekly reporting on landing, proposition and implementation of corrective actions
• Active role in S&OP process  across ESA
• Understanding of the internal and external business environment and assessing the related business risks across ESA
• Competitive intelligence scorecards across ESA
• Ensure adequate stock allocation per channel at both primary and secondary level 
• Distributors follow up:
  • Distribution cost audits
  • Close stocks monitoring (physical controls, level of stock…)
  • ROI follow up at least once a year, and agree action plans to reduce gaps vs. the norm.
  • Lead sales forecasts data calculation and analysis
  • Sales force incentives :design, calculation and optimization
  • Effective interface  with  Finance, BB, SC amongst other internal and external stakeholders
  • Capture & roll out good practices (JBPRTM).
  • A good support to Sales force team
  • Coordinate pricing with all stakeholders (Sales managers, CM, BB, Finance , Leadership team etc…)         
  • Distributors JBP preparation and follow up
  • Ensure effective use of HHT by sales force
  • Develop consistency and coherence in operations within CD across ESA
  • Preparation and communication of weekly scorecards/KPI’s for sales force (quantitative and qualitative targets)
  • Efficient helpdesk for all customers and sales force

Follow up and optimize customers and Sales force contests
