Position         :  Sales Engineer MRO

Location         :  Chennai

Reporting to    :  Territory Sales Manager

Criteria:

- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical /Production/ Chemical.

- Required work experience at least 4-5 years of experience selling high end industrial products.

Purpose:  To develop and grow business (in assigned territory) in order to achieve and exceed sales target set.

Job Profile: -

- To generate new business by identifying new applications, increase customer base and conduct training and seminars for end- users/ customers. (70%)

- To manage Distributors so as to achieve business plan by conducting monthly meetings, securing desired level of support and adequate number of sales reps etc. (20%)

- To ensure fast and accurate sales reporting and forecasting to supervisor. (5%)

 - To provide first hand trouble shooting support to customers. (3%)

- To procure distributors appointment. (2%)

- Responsible for business into Power sector, Steel and forging industries
