Our hospital client is a smaller community hospital that is looking for a ER Manager to join their team. This is a small tight knit community with charm and history! This person must have great leadership experience and be decisive, collaborative, open-minded, and wholly in support of this hospital's vision and would be fully invested in the success of the staff and hospital.

BSN required, Current Washington State RN license, BLS, ACLS, TNCC and ENPC or PALS required, Minimum 6 years recent ED experience with 3 years leadership experience. Must have trauma service regulatory experience.
