Job Description
Our client in the Mississauga area is currently looking to hire a Payroll and Benefits Manager to join their team on a full time basis
Salary: 85K - 100K
We are looking for someone who at first will be very hands on, manage the team and deal with any payroll issues. Afterwards this will become a more strategic role and to run the day to day operations of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Rolling up their sleeves and fixing any problems within the department
- Overseeing the team Manage the development and implementation of the benefits programs
- Analyzing existing programs and making sure they work within the company
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience as a Payroll Manager
- Looking for someone with stability, tenure, and ability to deal with pressure
- Must have Ceridian Insync BLUE experience
- Multi-province experience is a must
- Experience with benefits, pensions and taxation
- Strong communication skills, organizational skills and confidence.
