Spanish/English Helpdesk Support (closed)
I. JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking Bilingual Technical Support Specialist fluent in both English and Spanish to provide technical, client support via the telephone and email.
Bachelor's Degree preferred in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent (a combination of education and experience will be considered)
-- One year of Windows experience
-- One year of client or customer support (Level I or Level II) with demonstrated problem resolution skills
-- Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
-- The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
