Job Description
Looking for a PM with 3-5 years experience willing to go perm
| • Working directly with customers to gather and define project requirements, including assessment of available data, definition of web site content and functionality, and clarification of customer reporting needs • Documenting customer requirements and communicating those requirements and customer expectations to the technical development team in the form of written business requirements and web site wireframes • Developing project technical timelines and collaborating with the technical team to meet those timelines • Facilitating all project launch activities, including web site installation, content updates, testing, customer training and ongoing reviews • Responsible for the receipt and ongoing processing of all customer data, ensuring calculations and associated reporting are accurate • Troubleshooting, writing SQL queries to research and validate data issues • Coordinating ongoing program operations with the project operations team • Maintaining ongoing client and internal team relationships • Recommending new solutions which will enhance customer projects and increase project revenue • Managing the program budget, including identifying and implementing system or process efficiencies |
| Qualifications: |
| Successful candidates will have an undergraduate degree and 2+ years of business and project management experience. Candidates will also have the ability to write SQL queries and understand relational database structures. Additionally, qualified candidates will have effective leadership skills, strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of French [Canadian] and/or experience working on global solutions is a plus. |
