Helpdesk Supervisor (closed)
APT is currently seeking a Helpdesk Supervisor for a local client.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide training to new and existing help desk technicians and ticket processors
- Create and maintain IT support documentation
- Monitor tickets and requests to ensure that SLAs are met
- Maintain low hold times on inbound phone queue
- Monitor call flow and adjust phone systems queues
- Work with system administrators and application support staff to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Suggest efficiencies to Help Desk Manager
- Work on multiple activities and issues as workload requires
- Work on moderately complex tasks, projects, activities or support issues
