Position:WPS (WebSphere Process Server Developer & Architect)

Duration:Longterm

Location: NJ/OH/CA

Qualifications:

·Experience with IBM Integration tools (Process Server, Integration Designer & ILOG JRules BRMS)

·Experienced with Best Practices / Establishment of COE / Work Experience in Shared Model Architecture(Rapid / Agile and Iterative BPM).

·Experience with Architecting Integration Solutions by interacting with Legacy Applications(Mainframes /J2EE Apps /Oracle & SQL Server Databases).

· Experience with Defining System Integration Architectures

· Capable of Designing / gathering requirements for Integrations

· Good at Documenting Architecture / Best Practices / Technical Specs

·Performance tuning of Micro / Macro Processes in WPS / IBM BPM

· Integration of Human Tasks into Long Running Processes

· Well Experienced with using WID / BPM 7.5 / WPS

· Awareness of Ilog / JRules Engine is a big Plus

· Lombardi Experience is a Plus

· Knowledge / Experience in Insurance / Financial markets is a big Plus
