We will consider individuals with a proven production track record in driving sales, as well as stable job history. The selected candidate will be responsible for penetrating new accounts and cultivating additional business from existing accounts. This is a sales/business development role requiring heavy phone work, as well as face-to-face visits with clients.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Sales/business development experience with a strong rolodex of C level executives.
- Set 5 to 10 client and prospect meetings per week to generate name awareness, brand and business opportunities in the local market.
- Strong desire to produce revenue and succeed, while meeting individual and contributing to team goals
- Professional demeanor and presentation, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to assimilate into team dynamic, as well as work independently
- Previous experience in IT staffing industry is a must.
- A total of 10 years with at least 2+ years in a similar role.
This position offers a base salary, commissions, bonus and a competitive benefits package. Salary is commensurate with experience.
