Oversee and direct the sales initiatives for an assisted living community also serving a memory care population; you will direct and oversee day to day operations of the sales and marketing initiatives. Liaise with referral partners and conceptualize sales and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:
In this consultative sales role, you will introduce and explain a premier senior living Community. You and your team will be responsible for generating new leads and move-ins from targeted referral sources, facilitating the move in process and experience and managing to occupancy and sales goals.

Qualifications

• Be known in the Salt Lake City, Utah and surrounding areas
• A proven track record within Senior Housing is a must
• Previous experience with health care admissions, or in an independent living and/or assisted living setting, is highly desired.
• Ability to identify and build relationships within the local area that drives business into the community.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office & the ability to learn new applications.
• Excellent written and verbal skills for effective communication and the ability to facilitate small group presentations.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours.
