Job Description

Purpose of the role and main duties

  • Maintain and grow levels of business with clients
  • Increase penetration with existing business and identify new opportunities to supply through delivering an outstanding service and understanding our client’s needs and structuring service accordingly.
  • Build rapport and gain client/Doctor buy-in to our service above others.
  • Advise Drs Team as to where there are significant requirements and where we need to place our Drs in order to meet client needs.
  • Play an active role in the development of the division, the team and the business
  • Share best practice and take direction from senior colleagues and managers

Expectations

  • 600 hours per week booked
  • 1 new hospital booking per week
  • Extra time given to ensure all specs sent, CVs forwarded and chased and confirmations and bookings checked and double checked
  • Arrive at work 15 minutes before start time
  • Undertake ‘on-call’ duties as and when required
