Our Client in Berlin, CT is looking for a Project Manager to work on Home Energy Solutions and Consumer Appliance Standards Development. The candidate will serve two roles within C&LM (roughly a 50:50 split of time)

 1) The candidate will monitor and assist in the development of appliance and electronic standards through appropriate venues including the Consortium of Energy Efficiency, Company’sEnergy Efficiency Partnerships, the federal Energy Star program or other trade ally associations. The objective of this effort will be to help accelerate the adoption of higher appliance and electronic standards in Connecticut. The results of this effort will be reported in the 2011 C&LM Plan.

2) Act as a project manager within the Home Energy Solutions program. As such, the candidate will conduct an analysis of the current Home Energy Solutions program, map the current processes, and develop and document procedures to help streamline the program by implementing process improvement(s). In addition, the person will work closely with a team that is going to be conducting an internal audit on the HES program to develop inspection and oversight procedures to ensure quality assurance within the program.

 5-10 YEARS WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. ENGINEERING DEGREE PREFERRED BUT NOT MANDATED.
